- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Edwardsville dmv turned me away multiple times saying I needed this or that and adding things to the list. Finally got fed up and went to Rosenthal across the street. They told me everything I had would work just fine and gave me screws to put my temp plate on. Super nice and very professional. Took a whole 2 minutes!
